Adding a List Item to the Pharmacist Comments List

To add a list item to the Pharmacist Comments list:

1. Select More > List Maint.
2. Select Pharmacist Comments from the dropdown list at the top of the window.
3. Select the Add button. A new row is added.
4. Update the following fields:
   • Code: Provide a unique code.
   • Description: Provide an appropriate description.
5. Select one or more of these checkboxes for the module you would like the Pharmacist comments to appear:
   • Med Review
   • Adaptation
6. Select OK.
